Noida SHOCKER! 15-Year-Old Stabs Cousin To Death To Marry His Wife, Arrested News24 –


Noida: In a shocking incident, a 15-year-old boy has been apprehended for murdering his 28-year-old cousin in Sector 167, Noida on Saturday. Police arrested him on Monday. He wanted to marry his cousin’s wife after killing him, stated the police.

The deceased has been identified as resident of Mangrauli in Sector 167, Noida. He is survived by his wife and two daughters, aged 1.5 years and one month. Deputy Commissioner of Police, Noida, Ram Badan Singh said that the deceased had married around two-and-a-half years ago. Further investigation revealed that the minor was in contact with the man’s wife for the past one-and-a-half year. Police added that he was in regular contact and had expressed desire to marry the woman.

How Did The Boy Kill His Cousin?

The man was sitting in an intoxicated condition barely 100 metres from his home around 8 pm on Saturday. The boy approached him and heated argument took place between them over his relationship with the woman. Following the argument, scuffle broke out and the boy pushed his cousin, who hit his head at an iron structure. The accused then took out a knife from his pocket and stabbed the man.

The accused minor stabbed his cousin multiple times in his abdomen and fled the spot. The family found blood-soaked body next morning when they were searching for the man. Police were informed and forensic team collected the samples from the crime spot. “The suspect stabbed him more than 10 times in his abdomen and fled the spot,” stated the police official.

How Was The Minor Apprehended?

Police determined the suspect after reviewing CCTV footage and social media chats. DCP Singh said, “During the investigation, it was revealed that the boy was in love with the suspect’s wife, and he told allegedly told his cousin multiple times that he wanted to marry her.”

A case under Section 103 (murder) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita has been registered and the further investigation is underway.
