YEIDA Plot Scheme 2024: The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has launched multiple plot schemes in Noida, with two schemes grabbing most of the attention recently. The applications for the scheme offering 20 plots were reportedly closed on December 18, while applications for 452 plots were closed even earlier. Applicants of both schemes must take note of two key dates as the plot allotments are now set to take place.

Details Of 451 Plots Scheme

The application deadline for the affordable 451 plots was set for November 30, 2024. A total of 1,11,852 applications were received by YEIDA, with the highest no. of applications for 200 square meter plots. It was followed by 162-square-meter plots. The allotment of both plots in Noida Sector 24A is scheduled to be held on December 27, 2024, according to reports. Details Of 20 Plots Scheme

The application deadline for the second scheme, offering 20 additional plots near Jewar Airport was December 18, 2024. Applicants will have to wait till January 20, 2025, for the e-auction of these allotments, located in Noida Sector 17, 18, and 22D. Apart from these two schemes, YEIDA has also launched a hotel plot scheme near Jewar Airport for rapid development of the area.
