PM Modi Critises Caste Politics, Highlights NDA’s Efforts For OBC, SC, And ST Empowerment News24 –

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday replied to the “Motion of Thanks” on President’s Droupadi Murmu’s address in the parliament. The Prime Minister said that the Presidential address would strengthen the country’s resolve for Viksit Bharat and provide inspiration to the common man.

He further acknowledged that it was his 14th reply to the Motion of Thanks in Lok Sabha adding that he feels fortunate that there was a place for a democratic debate in India.

In his address, PM Modi also spoke about the development initiatives of the BJP-led government and efforts to improve the lives of the poor.

PM Modi said, “I am very fortunate that the people of the country have given me the opportunity for the 14th time to reply to Motion of Thanks on President’s Address. So, I respectfully express gratitude to the people.”

PM Modi Highlights Vision For Viksit Bharat In Next 25 Years, Cites President’S Address As A Source Of Inspiration. “We are in 2025. In a way, 25% of the 21st century has gone by. Only time will decide what happened after independence in the 20th century and the first 25 years of the 21st century. But if we minutely study the Presidenr’s Addrees, it is clear that she spoke about building trust among people regarding the coming 25 years and Viksit Bharat. Her Address strengthens the resolve of Viksit Bharat, builds new confidence and inspires the common people.”

Further He mentioned that, “Till now the poor have been given 4 crore houses…Those who have lived difficult lives only understand that what is the value of getting a house…The women in the past suffered a lot due to the lack of a toilet system…Those who have these facilities cannot understand “the problems of those who are suffering…We have given more than 12 crore toilets…”

Addressing the Lok Sabha Modi says, “…Those who have photo sessions in the huts of the poor, for their own entertainment, will find the mention of the poor in Parliament boring.”

PM Narendra Modi said that, “A PM was there in our country who identified one problem and said that when One Rupee was sent from Delhi, only 15 paise reached the bottom…who was getting the 15 paise this everyone can understand…at that time there was only party from the panchayat level to the central level…We tried to find a solution, and our model is ‘Bhachat bhi Vikas bhi”Janata ka janata ke kaam’…we made…”

PM Modi Slams Past Irregularities says, “When the fever is high, people utter anything. But they also utter things when they are highly dejected…Those who were not born in India – 10 crore such frauds were reaping benefits of government funds through various schemes…We removed names of such 10 crore frauds and provided facilities to the real beneficiaries after looking for them…”

Further Modi said, “Earlier, the headlines of the newspapers used to be related to scams and corruption…10 years have passed crores of rupees have been saved which has been used for the public…we have taken several steps which have saved a lot of money, but we have not used that money to build a ‘Sheeshmahal’, instead we have used that money to build the nation…”

PM Narendra Modi said that, “For some people, speaking about caste is fashion. For the last 30 years, OBC MPs have been demanding that OBC Commission be granted Constitutional status. Those who see a benefit in casteism today did not think of the OBC community back then. We granted Constititutiobal status to the OBC Commission. SC, ST and OBC get more opportunities in every sector – we have worked very strongly towards this. I pose an important question to the citizens through this House – have there even been 3 MPs simultaneously from the same family of SC community? I also ask, tell me if there ever were 3 MPs simultaneously from the same family belonging to the ST community…There is a vast difference between their words and actions…”
