iPhone 17 Air Camera Bump Size Revealed – New Leaks Suggest Potential Release Date News24 –


Apple has been planning to launch the iPhone 17 air later this year, The device is supposed to be the slimmest iPhone till date. Although Appel has not confirmed any details regarding the phone, a slew of leaks have been circulating over about the possible design as well as the battery life of the new phone. 

As per a new leak by Ice Universe, some additional details about the thickness of the 17 Air have been revealed as well. 

Thick Camera Bump 

As per the leak, the camera bump of the new iPhone would be around 4.4 mm. While previous reports had suggested that the overall thickness of the phone would be around 5.5mm. Altogether the iPhone 17 would have a thickness of around 9.5mm, right at the place where the camera bump has been located. Ice Universe has been a famed leaker; he had also revealed about the dimensions of the iPhone 16 pro and 16 Max before their launch as well. 

Beyond that thickness, Supply chain analyst Ming- Chi Kuo had previously also revealed that the iPhone 17 Air would measure around 5.5 mm at its slimmest point. A contrasting leak by Jeff Pu alleges that the overall thickness of the phone would be around 6mm. 

Apple to dispatch its Usual Camera Set Up? 

Previous reports and leaks have revealed that with the iphone 17 Appel is going to shake things up, the phones would no longer have the usual camera set-up that we had seen on the previous models. As per the mock-ups, and Cad renderings it has become apparent that the phones would have a camera bar-like design similar to that of the Pixel phones. 

Rumours have suggested that the iPhone 17 Air (the slimmest iPhone ) would have a display that measures between 6.6 and 6.7 inches. As per the dimensions, the phone would be slightly bigger than that of the iPhone 17 but smaller than that of the iPhone 17 Pro max. As per the Rumours, the new iPhone Air as well as the other phones would not arrive before September.
