Bluetooth Connectivity Issues Plague iPhone 16e User Experience- Issues lead to Audio Stuttering News24 –
Apple iPhone 16e, the latest smartphone from Apple seems to be going through a slew of issues. As per new news reports it has become apparent that users have been having issues with the phone. As per the users, it has become apparent that connecting to multiple Bluetooth accessories simultaneously.
In a recent news update, Mac Rumours highlighted that there are plenty of complaints on Apple Support Community Reddit and X from users trying to stream audio over Bluetooth. A pretty normal pursuit for any user. But there have been complaints that users have been regularly finding that the connection stutters or cuts out. As per the users who have raised the complaints the issues became more apparent when the phone was connected to more than one device at once. In such scenarios audio playback stuttered and made the experience rather uncomfortable for the users.
Investigation to Replicate the issue
As per an investigation led by Android authority to replicate the issue it has become apparent that issues do not arise when the phone is connected to proprietary Apple products such as, the Apple Watch, Air Pods etc. As per them the users who have been affected must be using non-Apple smartwatches or Bluetooth earbuds for listening to music. When more than two devices communicate over the same bandwidth the issue of audio stuttering seems to be prevalent with the new iPhone 16 e.
As of yet, it’s not clear whether the issue is with that of the new Apple C1 Modem, and any other bits of the iPhone 16 hardware. Or an IOS 18.3x Software issue. Apple has still not clarified the issue and would possibly do so if users report the issue in even larger numbers.
As per the report that was earlier published by MacRumours Apple’s representatives are aware about the issue. And are probably working on a fix. The C1 modem is relatively new and a few teething issues often occur as the users exponentially expand their usage over a period of time. It’s possible that Apple might fix the issue in a future software update.
