Company Receives Over 1,000 Cheques For 400 Plots; All Sold Out News24 –

These days the authorities are not launching schemes of plots in Noida and Greater Noida region. A Noida developer, ATS Homekraft, came up with a 400 plot scheme near Noida International Airport. The developer received over 1000 cheques for 400 plots. Later, the developer did not have any option except to return the cheques to the customers, an NBT report said.

Where are the plots located?

The plots are located in Sector 22 D, near Noida International Airport. It is reportedly said the plots are situated just a 15-minute drive from the airport. The developer has completed the first phase of 63 acres, which includes 400 plots, of its project. The plots were made available to customers in three sizes: 210 square yards, 150 square yards, and 130 square yards. 

All plots are sold

Udayvir Anand, CEO of ATS Home Kraft, said the company started the first phase of the 63-acre scheme and received a tremendous response from the buyers. He said that all plots have been sold out. “We received over 1000 cheques,” he added. 

What is the price of the plot?

Anand said the company has offered the plots at Rs 1.3 lakh per square yard, and for the preferred locations, the customers will have to pay Rs 1.4 lakh per square yard. The prices of the plots fall in between Rs 2-4 crore. 

The company plans to launch another scheme.

After receiving encouraging responses, ATS Home Kraft is planning to launch a second plot scheme. The company said it will soon begin the second phase of 200 plots. The project is a part of 100 acres of township, of which 35% is a green area.
