If you take Barapulla Road then this information is very important for you. For the next days, there will be traffic diversions at night due to ongoing construction work for the Delhi-Ghaziabad-Meerut Namo Bharat Corridor.
From now until April 24, the stretch from Barapulla Road to Maharani Bagh Interchange will be closed for traffic every night from 12 AM to 5 AM according to a report by NBT.
Officials shared this update to help regular commuters avoid inconvenience during this period.
Use These Routes to Avoid Traffic
The National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC) has shared information about the night-time closure of Barapulla Road. They have also requested people to use other routes during this time.
Travelers going to or from places like ITO, National Highway-24 (NH-24), NH-9, Sarai Kale Khan, and DND towards Maharani Bagh, Sundial, Siddharth Extension, Lala Lajpat Rai Marg, or AIIMS are advised to use the Ring Road to avoid traffic problems.
Road Closed from 12 AM to 5 AM
The statement also said that people coming from AIIMS or Lodhi Road and going towards Sarai Kale Khan, Greater Noida, or DND should also take the Lala Lajpat Rai Road and then use Ring Road to reach their destination.
This information has been shared to help travelers avoid trouble and stay out of traffic jams during the night-time road closure.
This Restriction Will Remain Until April 24
Barapulla Road will stay closed from 12 AM to 5 AM every night until April 24. To keep traffic moving smoothly and avoid inconvenience, travelers are requested to use alternative routes.
People coming from ITO, NH-24, NH-9, Sarai Kale Khan, or DND and heading towards Maharani Bagh, Sundial, Siddharth Extension, Lala Lajpat Rai Marg, or AIIMS can use Ring Road.
Similarly, those coming from AIIMS, INA, or Lodhi Road and going towards Akshardham, Greater Noida, or DND should also use Ring Road and Lala Lajpat Rai Marg to reach their destination.
