Aishwarya Rai Puts Divorce Rumours To Rest; Posts Selfie With Abhishek Bachchan On Wedding Anniversary

Aishwarya Rai and Abhishek Bachchan are the power couple of Bollywood but they have been hitting the headlines from past few months due to their divorce rumours. However, the ‘Ponniyin Selvan’ star has put the divorce rumours to rest by sharing a adorable selfie with Abhishek Bachchan and their daughter Aaradhya.

Aishwarya did not write anything in the caption but simply posted a white heart emoji along with the selfie.

Fans are happy to see Aishwarya and Abhishek together after a long time. One person wrote, “so happy to see you guys together in a frame after so long.” Another Instagram user posted, “No matter what’s goin on in life, but that’s how a QUEEN shuts gutter mouths with a smiling face!”

Amid the rumours, Aishwarya and Abhishek were seen in several events together. In an earlier interview, Abhishek praised Aishwarya and thanked her for being with their daughter while he gets to make movies. While speaking to The Hindu, Abhishek said, “My mother stopped acting when I was born because she wanted to spend time with the children. We never felt the void of dad not being around. I think at the end of the day after work, you come home at night.”

Thanking Aishwarya, he added, “In my household, I’m lucky I get to go out and make movies but I know that Aishwarya is at home with Aaradhya and I thank her immensely for that but I don’t think the kids look at it that way. They don’t look at you as a third person, they look at you as the first person.”

On the work front, Abhishek Bachchan was recently seen in Shoojit Sircar’s ‘I Want To Talk’. He will next star in ‘Be Happy’ and ‘Housefull 5’. Meanwhile, Aishwarya was last seen in ‘Ponniyin Selvan 2’.
