Baba Siddiqui’s Son Zeeshan On Receiving Death Threat From D Company


Zeeshan Siddiqui, who is the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) leader and Baba Siddiqui’s son, received a death threat through email. According to the police officials, the sender demanded Rs 10 crore as ransom and said that Zeeshan would be killed in the same way as his father. For the unversed, his father Baba Siddiqui was shot dead by three individuals near Zeeshan’s office in Mumbai on October 12, 2024.

While speaking to ANI, Zeeshan claimed that the death threat email was sent by D-Company. He said, “I got a threat via mail from D company, as mentioned at the end of the mail, they demanded a ransom of Rs 10 crore. The police have taken the details and recorded the statement. Our family is disturbed because of this.”

For the unversed, D-Company is an underworld crime syndicate and is controlled by Dawood Ibrahim. The police are currently investigating the matter.

About Baba Siddiqui’s Death Incident:

Zeeshan’s father Baba Siddiqui was shot dead on October 12, 2024, by three assailants in Nirmal Nagar, Mumbai. The Lawrence Bishnoi gang claimed responsibility for the murder and Mumbai Police later revealed Akashdeep Gill to be their prime suspect. Gill was arrested in Punjab and reportedly used a labourer’s mobile hotspot to communicate with key conspirators.

According to ANI, he was the logistics coordinator in planning the murder of Baba Siddiqui. However, gangster Anmol Bishnoi was the mastermind behind this.

After the incident, the security outside Bollywood star Salman Khan’s house was increased as he was close friends with Bana Siddiqui. He has also received death threats from the Lawrence Bishnoi gang several times.

Baba Siddiqui was also known for hosting Iftar party on Eid every year and was attended by several popular actors including Shah Rukh Khan and Salman. He was the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) leader and had served three terms as MLA from Bandra (East). Later, he joined the faction led by Ajit Pawar of the Nationalist Congress Party after leaving the Congress party.
