Suzuki’s New 7 Seater SUV To Launch This Year? E-Vitara Range And Variants Revealed News24 –


Suzuki plans to bring a comprehensive change to their line up with the planned launch of two new SUVs in the 2025 season. The brand has been planning to shift into the market of 7 seater SUVs and beyond that start the delivery process of the already unveiled E-Vitara. So if you have been planning to buy a SUV we would suggest that you wait a little as the new SUVs might be able to significantly impact the market scenario. 

In a recent report, Maruti Suzuki revealed their plans for the 2025 year, the plan was able to give us a look at what might be in store for the current year. The Highlight for the year would be the launch of the E-Vitara, while the second 7 seater version of the grand Vitara is still under wraps it would possibly be launched later this year. The 7 seater version of the Grand Vitara would take on cars such as the upcoming MG Majestor, Alcazar as well as the Jeep Grand Cherokee. 

7 Seater Grand Vitara 

Suzuki has not confirmed any details about the new 7 seater vehicle, the vehicle is still under speculation and has been spotted testing a few times in India. While there has not been any detailed information. The new design would probably feature minor refreshed elements compared to the 5 seater Grand Vitara. While the appearance of the car seems similar to that of the Grand Vitara with an extended roof line that further accentuates the SUV appeal of the vehicle. Whether Suzuki would equip the 7 seater with a 1.5 strong Hybrid engine or a 2.0 Liter 4 cylinder engine that we have seen on the Invicto is still not clear. The Grand Vitara had been equipped with plush interiors and luxury to help it stand apart from the Vitara Brezza, The 7 seater would possibly continue to build on the same idea and further enhance the luxury available for the users. 

Suzuki E- Vitara

The E- Vitra was unveiled by Suzuki at the Bharat Mobility Expo this year, the SUV has already started arriving at dealerships ahead of its launch this year. The new E-vitara would compete against the Creta EV and other EV vehicles in the segment. The car has been given a muscular stance with a novel front fascia that accentuates its SUV stance. The feature list consists of a 10.2 inch infotainment screen and a 10 inch driver display that continues from the driver end all the way to the middle of the dashboard. The vehicle further has ventilated seats and a 360degree camera with ADAS technology. 

Suzuki E-Vitara Specs

Users would be able to opt for the vehicle with either a 48KWH or a 61.1 KWH battery pack, the 61Kwh battery would be able to claim a range of 500Km. The 48KWH variant would be paired with a 144PS /192.5 Nm electric motor and the 61.1 KWH version would be equipped with a powertrain capable of churning out 174-Ps /192.5Nm of peak torque. The E-Vitara would take on the likes of Hyundai Creta Electric, Mg ZS EV, Tata Curvv EV and Mahindra BE6 . 

Both the vehicles would be able to introduce Suzuki into new Segments that the brand has not experienced before. The new launches would help the brand venture into the 7 seater segment and the E-Vitara would help the brand venture into the EV segment that is currently being dominated by other manufacturers. Beyond these Suzuki has further plans to introduce new Hybrid tech to their existing models for better fuel economy.
