Muskan And Sahil Had Gone To Shimla And Manali
Muskan murdered her husband Saurabh on March 3, along with her friend Sahil Shukla. After killing Saurabh, the accused chopped him into pieces, stuffed the pieces into a blue drum, and dumped a cement mixture over the body to hide them. After killing Saurabh, Muskan and Sahil traveled to Shimla and Manali.
Muskan And Sahil, The Murderers, Met The Jail Superintendent
The police arrested Sahil and Muskan after the case, who were produced in court on March 19, and jailer ordered the two to 14 days judicial custody. At the time the bail was applied for on March 27 by counsel for Sahil and Muskan, the jail order was still in place, and they were still in remand.
On Wednesday, Muskan was permitted to meet with the senior jail superintendent along with two other female inmates when she pleaded with tearful eyes “please get us bail…”. Muskan stood with her hands folded and tearfully prayed: “please, get us bail”. The senior jail superintendent reported that they had been assigned a government advocate, as per jail manual. The government advocate will come to court and make a report to the bail application.
Government advocate Rekha Jain, in the bail plea submitted on April 24 on behalf of Muskan and Sahil, claimed that the main ground for the bail plea motion was the delay in the registration of the case after the whole murder. She claimed Muskan and Sahil cannot be proven to have committed the murder as there were no eyewitnesses to the murder. The Brahmpuri police submitted a note opposing the granting of bail. After hearing the matter, the Court rejected the bail plea and scheduled the matter for a next hearing on May 9.
