In a tragic incident, one person died and four others were injured after an auto rickshaw caught fire following a multi-vehicle collision. The incident occurred near Kesavadasapuram area in Thiruvananthapuram district of Kerala. According to the Thiruvananthapuram Police, the incident involved an auto rickshaw, a car, and a two-wheeler.
The fire reportedly broke out after the impact, and engulfed the auto rickshaw in flames. In the video recorded at the spot, the auto can be seen completely charred. Police have initiated the investigation and working to determine the sequence of events leading to the fatal collision.

Another Incident
In another incident reported from Mumbai, a man’s left hand was severed after his bike collided with a Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC)-run bus on Friday, May 2. The police stated that the 35-year-old man had come under the wheels of the bus after his bike collided with it. The victim, Ismail Suratwala, was travelling on his scooty in the Andheri area. The incident took place around 9:30 am.
Furthermore, a senior police officer said the bus reached a signal, and the victim, who was travelling on his scooty, suddenly came from a bylane and hit the bus. In the incident, he fell down, and his left hand came under the rear wheel of the bus.Suratwala, a resident of Mohammed Ali Road, was admitted to Holy Spirit Hospital for treatment.
