Who Is Bellamkonda Srinivas? Telugu Actor In Legal Trouble For Alleged Rash Driving And Disobeying Traffic Rules

Bellamkonda Sreenivas has reportedly landed in legal trouble for allegedly driving recklessly and violating traffic rules in Hyderabad. The incident took place on May 13, 2025, near the Journalists’ Colony Junction. The actor has been booked for an alleged traffic rule violation and the has been registered against him by the Jubilee Hills police.

Who Is Bellamkonda Sreenivas?

If you are unfamiliar with Bellamkonda Sreenivas, let us tell you that he is a popular Telugu actor and is the son of film producer Bellamkonda Suresh. He made his debut as an actor in 2014 with the movie ‘Alludu Seenu’, which became a commerical success. He also won Filmfare Award for Best Male Debut – South for his performance. His other two films ‘Speedunnodu’ and ‘Jaya Janaki Nayaka’ were moderate hits. After seeing commercial failure with ‘Kavacham’ and ‘Sita’, he gave a hit with ‘Rakshasudu’ in 219. The movie is a remake of the hit 2018 Tamil film ‘Ratsasan’.

His last two films ‘Alludu Adhurs’ and his Hindi debut ‘Chatrapathi’ were also flops. Despite setbacks in his career, he has a bunch of movies lined up including ‘Bhairavam’, ‘Tyson Naidu’, ‘Haindava’ and ‘Kishkindhapuri’.

About the Incident:

According to Time Now, Inspector of Jubilee Hills police station said, “A case has been registered against actor Bellamkonda Sai Srinivas on the 13th of this month, for violating traffic rules and misbehaving with traffic police. We have served a notice and sent it to him.”

The actor is yet to respond to this incident.
