Recently a case has come to light from Greater Noida where an FIR has been registered against four women, including Priyanka Nagar, daughter of Dadri MLA Tejpal Nagar, in a dispute that took place inside the Purvanchal Heights Society in Sector JITA 1 of Surajpur police station area The entire dispute began after a car accident.
Meanwhile, Dadri MLA Tejpal Nagar has stated that the opposition is trying to tarnish his political image. The truth will come out in the investigation. The MLA has mentioned that there have been several attempts in the past to tarnish his image, but every time the opposition has faced defeat. Cases have been registered from both sides.
On one side, Jaishree Gupta has filed a case. She claims that she returned from the market on Saturday, and her car slightly collided with the car of Rekha Bhati, a resident of the society. Rekha was upset about this. However, at that moment, the issue was calmed down. It is alleged that at night, Rekha Bhati, Poon Bhati, Priyanka Nagar and another individual entered the flat of Jaishree. Together, they assaulted Jaishree. When her two daughters, Riya and Isha, intervened, they were also beaten.
A video related to the assault went viral on social media, showing blood on Jaishree’s face. Late at night, at 12 AM, Jaishree arrived at the police station with her daughters, covered in blood. After a medical examination, a case was filed against Priyanka Nagar along with three others.
Rekha also filed a case from the other side against Jaishree Gupta, alleging that Jaishree intentionally rammed into Rekha’s car, attempting to cause damage. Cases have been registered from both sides, and the police are investigating the matter. CCTV footage is a crucial piece of evidence; considering the gravity of the case, the police have seized the society’s CCTV footage.
This footage is significant evidence in the case. However, it has been seen in the viral video that one party is pulling Jaishree’s hair and beating her. This video is currently going viral on social media.
What did the police say?
Surajpur police station in-charge Vinod Kumar informed that a case has been registered based on the complaints from both parties. The entire matter is under investigation, which is ongoing on all aspects. The police will soon reach the conclusion of this case.
