Ingredients
- Chicken thighs (500g)
- chopped onion
- diced carrots
- finely chopped celery
- garlic cloves (3-4)
- bay leaf
- black pepper
- salt
- oil (1 tbsp)
- water (6 cups)
- minced coriander
- and noodles or corn.
Step By Step Guide
Assemble The Ingredients
After Washing, chop all the veggies along with chicken in a bowl.
Sauté The Veggies
Heat oil in a pot and add chopped onions and garlic until soft.Then add sliced carrots and mix well for 2-3 minutes on medium heat.
Add Chicken
Add cubed shaped chicken into the pot and stir for a while then pour 6 cups of water along with bay leaf, salt and pepper and let it boil.
Cook On Low Heat
Cover the pot with a lid and let it cook until the chicken is tender and cooked properly on low heat.
Add Noodles Or Corn
To enhance the taste of the soup, you can add noodles or corn to it and let them cook for 5-7 minutes.
Garnish And Serve
Pour the soup into a medium bowl, season it with a pinch of black pepper and minced coriander or shredded chicken.
