Ingredients

  • Boneless chicken cubes (500g)
  • cream (1/2 cup)
  • curd (1/4 cup)
  • shredded cheese (2 tbsp)
  • ginger-garlic paste (2 tbsp)
  • chopped green chilies (1-2)
  • lime juice (1 tbsp)
  • white pepper powder (1 tsp)
  • garam masala (1 tsp)
  • pinch of salt
  • chopped coriander (2 tbsp)
  • and oil (1 tbsp).

Step By Step Guide

Prepare The Masala

Mix fresh cream, curd, ginger-garlic paste, green chillies, lime juice, white pepper, garam masala, grated cheese and chopped coriander in a bowl and prepare a smooth marinade.

Marinate The Chicken

Cut the chicken into small cubical shapes and coat them in the prepared marinade evenly. Cover and chill it for at least for 3 hours until the pieces absorb all the flavours.

Preheat The Oven/Grill

Preheat your microwave at 200° and for the grill grease the baking tray first.

Grill And Cook

Arrange the marinated chicken pieces into skewers, Brush them with a little melted butter or ghee to keep them tender. Set them in oven or on grill.
