Bengaluru Techie Arrested For Filming Woman In Office Toilet News24 –

A Bengaluru techie was arrested for allegedly recording videos of a woman inside the office toilet. The employee is reportedly employed with Infosys.

Accused caught red-handed

According to a report by NDTV, the man has been identified as Nagesh Swapnil Mali, who was working as a Senior Associate. The techie was caught red-handed. 

The report cited that the woman alleged in FIR that she noticed suspicious activity next to her cubical , and found that Mali was filming her. She raised an alarm, and soon other staff was rushed to her. The HR department deleted the video clip from Mali’s mobile phone in presence of the woman.

Cops suspect multiple Victims

Sources in the police told NDTV that Mali may have targeted other women as well, and officers are investigating whether he recorded more female office colleagues. His phone has been sent to a forensic lab to retrieve any deleted content.

Three injured in car accident in Pune

In a separate incident, three persons were injured in a car accident in the Dapodi area of Pimpri Chinchwad of Pune district, according to the official on Wednesday. Soon after the incident, the injured were taken to the nearby hospital for treatment.

Police have started the initial investigation into the matter. A day earlier, one person died after a slab of an under-construction building collapsed in the Camp area of Pune city, police said.

Pune police said that three people were also injured in the incident.
