- 4 Buns (Ladi pav)
- Butter – for toasting
- 2 tbsp of Dabeli masala (store-bought or homemade)
- Toppings: Sev
- pomegranate seeds

- 2 tbsp of Tamarind chutney
- Garlic chutney – as needed
Step By Step Guide
Make The Potato Filling
First, mash the boiled potatoes and toss them in a hot pan with dabeli masala and oil. Then add a bit of tamarind chutney and water. Cook until everything blends perfectly.
Roast The Peanuts Until Golden
