Raja Raghuvanshi’s Brother Demands CBI Probe Against Sonam Raghuvanshi And Her Family News24 –

In a dramatic development in the Raja Raghuvanshi murder case, Vipin Raghuvanshi, brother of the slain Indore businessman, has called for a Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) probe. He alleges that a recently leaked phone conversation raises serious doubts about the involvement of Sonam Raghuvanshi’s entire family in the brutal killing, which occurred during the couple’s honeymoon in Meghalaya.

Police say Sonam planned and executed Raja’s murder along with her lover Raj Kushwaha and three killers. Raja’s body was recovered from a deep ravine in Sohra on June 2.

Vipin alleged that the Meghalaya police did not conduct the investigation properly, especially when several co-accused got bail easily. Vipin also referred to an unconfirmed call recording, which claimed that Sonam was talking to her family even while in jail, although her family denies it. He accused Sonam’s family of being involved in the legal process for her bail, as reported by Times Now.

Meghalaya’s East Khasi Hills Court on Friday granted bail to Indore property dealer Silom James. James was accused of tampering with evidence and sheltering Sonam and Raj in an Indore flat after the murder. Earlier, two other accused, Lokendra Singh Tomar and Balbir Ahirwa, have also got bail. All three were arrested during raids in Madhya Pradesh. The main accused, Sonam, Raj Kushwaha, and three contract killers are still in judicial custody.
