When AAP Exposed ‘Vote Chori’ In Delhi, Congress Leaders Said People Don’t Care Whether Their Names Are In Voter list Or Not: Priyanka Kakkar News24 –
The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has squarely held Congress responsible for enabling BJP–Election Commission’s collusion in election fraud, with Chief Spokesperson Priyanka Kakkar charging that Congress’s silence is the biggest driver of BJP’s ‘Vote Chori.’ She slammed the party for staying mute when AAP exposed deleted votes in Delhi, the house arrest of its candidate in Gujarat, and open vote tampering in Chandigarh—while selectively raising issues in Maharashtra and Karnataka but ignoring Delhi.
Priyanka Kakkar warned that this silence is now fueling the deletion of genuine voters and addition of fake ones in Bihar through the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) process, and urged citizens to rise above party lines and unite against BJP’s ‘Vote Chori.’
Addressing a press conference, AAP Chief Spokesperson Priyanka Kakkar stated, “Today’s election fraud has Congress’s fingerprints all over it. They stayed silent when we exposed that in Gujarat, our candidate was put under house arrest and barred from reaching the polling booth. They were silent when we revealed how Anil Masih tampered with votes in the Chandigarh Mayor polls. They stayed quiet even when we exposed BJP’s fake vote additions and deletions in Delhi.”
Detailing months of warnings, she said, “For four months, AAP leaders have repeatedly shown how BJP worker Vishal Bhardwaj filed 11,018 petitions to delete names in Shahdara. We revealed BJP’s voter deletion drives in 14 Delhi assembly constituencies and submitted a 3,000-page petition with affidavits to the Election Commission containing all evidence. Till today, the EC remains silent—and Congress chose to side with BJP and stayed silent.”
Warning of a dangerous precedent, Priyanka Kakkar continued, “Because of this silence, BJP now feels emboldened to legalize voter fraud in Bihar through the so-called Special Intensive Revision (SIR) process—removing genuine voters and adding fake ones. In 28 of Bihar’s 38 flood-affected districts, during monsoon, BLOs collected forms within 45 days to ‘verify’ citizenship. This, in a state with the lowest literacy, where 10 million people live outside Bihar, the lowest per capita income, and 40% rural population. Only the central government can grant or revoke citizenship—yet BLOs are deciding it.”
Calling the numbers alarming, she said, “The EC admitted on 8 August that it deleted 65 lakh names—22 lakh dead, 32 lakh untraceable, and 7 lakh duplicates—but refused to disclose this in the Supreme Court on 10 August. They won’t reveal who these voters were or why they were deleted. This strikes at the heart of election integrity. Governments may come and go, but the EC must rise above party politics and ensure no citizen is robbed of their vote. Why is the EC hiding the list of 65 lakh names?”
Highlighting digital manipulation, the AAP Chief Spokesperson asserted, “The EC has removed digital voter data for UP and Bihar from its website, replacing it with scanned copies so computers can’t read it and catch fraud. Investigative reporters have found shocking cases—like in Valmiki Nagar, Bihar, where 5,000 fake voters with UP voter IDs were added. The EC refused to show the names it deleted but allowed entries like Dog Babu, Cat Kumar, Donald Trump, and PK Kumar—whose shraddh was attended by Minister Giriraj Singh—into the rolls. What kind of SIR is this?”
Reiterating her charge, she said, “For months, we have exposed BJP’s voter theft in Delhi—and succeeded in proving it, because the EC’s silence confirms our complaints were correct. BJP, with the EC’s help, has created a ‘legal’ way to steal votes—just like electoral bonds laundered black money into BJP’s coffers. This is about ensuring every vote goes to BJP and eliminating opposition. Our nation is in a deep crisis. We urge every citizen to rise above party politics, unlike Congress, and speak up against BJP and EC’s voter theft.”
Slamming Congress’s selective outrage, Priyanka Kakkar said, “When we exposed BJP’s voter theft in Delhi, many Congress leaders said people don’t care if their names are on the rolls. Democracy wasn’t ‘in danger’ then—but suddenly it is now. While we support every fight against voter theft, we will also call out Congress’s hypocrisy. They talk about Maharashtra and Karnataka but ignore Delhi’s proven fraud. Even now, a year later, they only see theft in their own states, not in Delhi, where we gave proof and they stayed silent.”
