Mahindra Planning To Export These Cars To the United Kingdom Soon? Check Out Full Details Below News24 –

Mahindra’s export operations range from the Middle East, Australia, New Zealand, Sri Lanka, the Philippines, and Nepal. Europe – more specifically, the UK- is now on the list. The brand is planning to expand its exports to the United Kingdom. As per a recent Autocar report, it’s possible that the company might be working on specific variants of the BE.06 and XEV 9e for the UK.

The report further details that codes have already been assigned to the project, though for now nothing else is known. The new specific variants would either be altered models with different body styles, albeit based on the same INGLO platform.

Mahindra INGLO SUVs export to the UK and Europe

Since the UK has aggressive plans to bring in all-new EV cars by the end of 2035-and is aiming for electric vehicles to account for at least 80% of total car sales – this is where Mahindra’s new range of EVs can make their mark.

The slower rate of adoption of EVs over ICEs has brought manufacturers to rethink their EV plans and ICE models. Many brands have been revisiting their original EV roadmaps and now plan to retain a few ICE vehicles in their line-up. The INGLO platform could provide Mahindra with an advantage in the UK market as it can be adapted to support a variety of body styles and thus ensure the brand is able to launch a spread of vehicles in a short amount of time.

While trying to capitalize on a new market, the brand will have to engineer its products to meet higher customer demands and regulatory norms. Mahindra already operates a design studio in the UK, which enables the SUV specialist to get a pulse on the market—from customer preferences to government policy.
