PM set to visit Manipur today, two years since violence hit the state News24 –

PM Modi Manipur Visit LIVE: For the first time since 2023, when violence broke out in Manipur between ethnic communities of Kuki and Meitei, Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to embark on a visit to the restive state on Saturday, September 13. The Prime Minister will launch multiple development projects worth more than Rs 7,300 crore at Churachandpur and over Rs 1,200 crore at Imphal.

PM Modi is scheduled to reach Aizwal at 10 AM. He will next visit Churachandpur at 12:30 pm to take part in a ceremony at Peace Ground. Later, the Prime Minister will visit Imphal to inaugurate additional projects at Kangla Ground. The event will begin at 2:30 pm.

PM Modi will end his trip in Guwahati, Assam, where he will participate in a special event to celebrate the 100th birth anniversary of Legendary singer-composer Dr Bhupen Hazarika.
