‘New rise of Nepal’; Did PM Modi praise Nepali youth in Manipur rally?


Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday commended Nepali youngsters for their efforts in rebuilding the country following the violent protests of the past five days. He stated that Nepali youths are working hard to clean and paint the roads in Nepal that were damaged during the protests. PM Modi highlighted that he has personally seen pictures on social media of the youngster’s efforts to restore civic facilities in their country.

What did he say?

While addressing a rally in Manipur’s Imphal, PM Modi expressed hope that Nepal will restore peace and stability in the near future. Through his speech, the Prime Minister sent a strong message of goodwill from India to Nepal, wishing them prosperity and a bright future. PM Modi emphasised that the efforts of Nepali men and women in beautifying their country is inspiring and an indication of Nepal’s new rise.

“For the last few days, young men and women of Nepal can be seen working hard to clean and paint the roads of Nepal. I have seen their pictures on social media as well. Their positive thinking and positive actions are not only inspiring but are also a clear indication of the new rise of Nepal. I wish Nepal all the best for its bright future,” PM Modi stated.
