A major tragedy was averted on Saturday, September 13, during a high-speed run when flight 6E2111 neared the end of the runway. The pilot avoided the close call by swiftly applying emergency brakes to bring the plane to a stop.

As the flight struggled to lift off, the Passengers experienced a panic moment. Aviation officials later praised the pilot’s presence of mind, and all on board were deplaned safely. The passengers were moved to a different flight to proceed to their destination.
