DUSU Election Result 2025 Live Updates: The Delhi University Students’ Union (DUSU) elections took place on Thursday, and the results are set to be announced today, September 19. Counting of votes began at 8 am at the University Sports Stadium’s Multipurpose Hall in North Campus. One of the key highlights this year is that NSUI has nominated a woman candidate for the first time in 17 years for the post of president. Out of the 21 candidates, only 7 are women. The election had sparked a lot of enthusiasm among students, and discussions about it have been trending on social media. Heavy police have been deployed at the North Campus for vote counting process.

From ABVP, Aryan Maan contested for the post of President, Govind Tanwar for Vice President, Kunal Chaudhary for Secretary, and Deepika Jha for Joint Secretary. The National Students’ Union of India (NSUI) fielded Joslyn Nandita Choudhary, as its presidential candidate.
