Mahindra’s New Upcoming Bolero To Launch Next Month? Design Updates and New Features News24 –

With the festive season around the corner, auto manufacturers are planning to introduce new variants and models across all categories. Mahindra is no exception, as the brand is preparing to launch a slew of new vehicles soon. According to media reports, Mahindra is planning to unveil an all-new Bolero, Bolero Neo, as well as a new version of the Thar Three-Door.

Mahindra has extensive plans to revamp the aging Bolero moniker with updated features, aiming to help it compete with other contemporaries in the market. The new Bolero has been spotted testing under camouflage, and enthusiasts were quick to notice its slight resemblance to the boxy design of the iconic G-Wagon.

As per recent updates, it seems the new Bolero will undergo cosmetic changes but will retain the same mechanical setup as before. Expected updates include vertical grille slats with Mahindra’s Twin Peaks logo, along with possible revisions to the rectangular headlamps.

Interior Updates

The cabin of the new Mahindra Bolero Facelift will receive significant updates. It will feature a new touchscreen infotainment system, along with updated upholstery and design changes similar to what we’ve seen in the Thar Roxx.

Changes Under the Hood

Mahindra has not yet confirmed whether the new SUV will be powered by a new engine. If the same engine continues, it would likely be the 1.5-litre mHawk diesel engine that produces 75hp and 210 Nm of torque, the car will probably be launched with the existing 5 speed manual gearbox as well. The car will continue to be based on ladder frame chassis, the car will possibly attract a lowered 18% GST. Medai reports suggest that Mahindra Bolero new might be launched next month, but Mahindra has not announced the release date yet.
