Gurugram Police Registers FIR Against Luxury Car Dealers Shibani And Yadur Kapur Over Rs 69 Crore Financial Dispute News24 –

The Gurugram Police have registered a case against Shibani Kapur and Yadur Kapur, owners of the Delhi-based luxury car dealership Duetche Motors (BMW and Rolls-Royce), in connection with an alleged financial dispute over Rs 69 crore. The case has been registered at Sector 53 Police Station. Three other individuals—Sanjeev Kapoor, Chand Ji Bhat, and Ravinder Kumar—have also been named in the case.

The elder daughter of the late industrialist Ashok Varma, founder of the Ardee Group, filed a complaint with the police, alleging that certain funds and assets linked to the family’s estate were mishandled, despite the parties reportedly having signed a family settlement memorandum in 2021.

According to reports, the accused have been booked under Sections 120-B, 406, 420, 467, 468, and 471 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) in FIR No. 0207/2025, dated October 4, 2025. The complainant alleged that over Rs 69 crore was transferred for the purchase of approximately 37 acres of land in Gurugram’s Sectors 52 and 57 under the terms of a Memorandum of Settlement (MoFS). The complainant claimed that the funds were not used as agreed and that ownership of the land was never transferred.

The complainant alleged in the FIR that forgery of financial documents, share certificates, and other records had been committed. A probe has been launched by officers of the Sector 53 Police Station.

Officials looking into the matter admitted that serious charges of financial irregularities and document falsification have been levelled against the owners. Police sources said the matter is under investigation, and further action will be taken based on what the probe reveals.
