Mukesh Ambani is currently the richest man in India with a net worth of Rs 9,48,821 crore. He is the chairman of Reliance Industries which is India’s most valuable company with a market cap of Rs 19.72 lakh crore. Mukesh Ambani, Nita Ambani and their family including Anant Ambani, Radhika Merchant, Akash Ambani and Shloka Mehta, resides in one of the most expensive homes in the world Antilia that costs over Rs 15000 crore. Being the richest man in India, Mukesh Ambani is often in the news and surprisingly, his super-expensive home is also part of the news for its grand parties, security, features and several other reasons. If reports are to be believed, the Antilia is managed by a staff of over 600 people and a lot of them live in the rooms provided in the property. Although the building is 27 storeys high, the entire Ambani family resides on a single floor. If reports are to be believed, Nita Ambani decided that the family will live on the 27th floor of the massive Antilia.

According to the reports, Nita Ambani wanted every room to get adequate natural light and proper ventilation in a city that is full of high-rise buildings. As per an old report by Times Now Hindi, only a close group of people are allowed on the 27th floor of Antiia.

Antilia: An Inside Look at the Ambani Residence

Ambani family relocated to their remarkable 27-storey home, Antilia, in 2010 and have resided there ever since. Standing at a height of 568 feet, Antilia is a truly distinct piece of architectural design. The family chose to name their magnificent home after Antilia, a legendary phantom island said to exist in the Atlantic Ocean. Situated on ‘Billionaires’ Row’ right in the centre of South Mumbai, the estate boasts spectacular views of both the Arabian Sea and the city’s skyline. More than just a striking example of construction and design, the structure is equipped with every convenience imaginable. These include three helipads, a multi-storey car park, nine high-speed lifts, and dedicated suites for the household staff, to name just a few.

While the interiors of this lavish dwelling remain largely unseen by the general public, the home itself has a commanding presence from the outside. The building reaches 173 metres in height and covers an area of 37,000 square metres. Beyond its visual appeal, the design of the Ambani home also makes the structure exceptionally strong, capable of withstanding an earthquake up to a magnitude of 8.0.

The residence is fully prepared for entertaining and hosting guests, featuring three swimming pools, a ballroom, a dedicated salon, and a health spa, all located within the premises.
