The new Dzire features a completely redesigned front-end, distinctly different from the latest Swift launched earlier this year. At the forefront of the new Dzire’s design is a prominent grille, flanked by sleek LED headlamps, glossy black accents, and chrome highlights. The new Dzire’s rear profile is highlighted by sleek Y-shaped LED tail lamps, linked by a chrome strip, and complemented by a sporty boot-lid spoiler.
The interior of the new Dzire will share its cabin layout with the Swift, featuring a 9-inch floating touchscreen display and an updated steering wheel. The Dzire is to feature an electric sunroof, a first for the segment. The new Dzire’s cockpit features an analogue instrument cluster complemented by a 4.2-inch digital multi-information display, with higher trims potentially boasting advanced ADAS features. Powertrain, Price And Competitors
Maruti will power Dzire with a 1.2-litre, three-cylinder petrol engine, delivering 82 PS of power and 112 Nm of torque. The New Dzire with have a standard 5-speed manual transmission and 5-speed AMT (automated manual transmission).
The base price for Maruti Dzire will around Rs 6.70 lakh (ex-showroom). The car will compete Hyundai Aura, Tata Tigor, and new-gen Honda Amaze among others.
