Royal Enfield To Soon Launch Bullet 650? Trademark Leaks Reveal These Details News24 –


Royal Enfield has recently filed a trademark for the Bullet 650 Twin name. The trademark furthers the possibility of a new Bullet 650 launch in the future. Its possible that Royal Enfield might launch Bullet 650 Twin which would be mechanically very similar to that of the classic 650. This means that the bike would be powered by a 648 CC parallel Twin cylinder engine. The Bullet would have two exhausts like most of the Re 650’s. If equipped with the same engine the bike would be propelled by the same 47Hp and 52.3 NM peak torque as that of the other bikes in the segment.

It is in the styling department that the  Bullet 650 would differ from that of the Classic 650. The Bullet would have the quintessential hand painted and pinstriped tank, which would continue as a tradition with the 650 Parallel Twin Version as well. 

Royal Enfield New Launches

Royal Enfield has been planning an extensive overhaul of its lineup. With the existing 350 c models the manufacturer would soon be equipping some of its models with the new 650 cc parallel twin engines while at the same time planning to launch new 750 cc bikes such as the Continental GTR as well as the 750 cc Himalayan. 

The Royal Enfield Bullet 650 would be priced very close to the existing Classic 650, or maybe a little less since the bullet has always been a tad more affordable than the other bikes in the segment. 

Royal Enfield Bullet Specs

The current gen Royal Enfield Bullet has bene powered by a 349 CC air cooled single cylinder engine. The Bike is able to produce 20.2 BHP @ 6100 RPM. Beyond that the Bike has a peak torque figure of 27NM @ 4,000 RPM. The bike has been given a single channel ABS along with disc brakes on both corners. Considering the significant fan following the Bullet has Royal Enfield might launch the new bike with a 650CC engine.
