Jeep has been in the pursuit of developing a new facelift for the next-gen Jeep Compass for a long time, it was in October last year that the brand revealed a peek at the new facelift model. The new facelift is scheduled for a global launch soon but a few leaks from Autospy.com have revealed what the new facelift would look like. Here is an in depth analysis of the changes that the car has gone through. 

Changed Exterior Panels

Jeep has retained the quintessential look of the vehicle intact, the front fascia retains its appeal with new headlamps with updated LED inserts. Jeep has kept the front look of the car conventional, not giving in for the new design elements that include DRLs and headlights placed on the front bumper. While the front profile showcases minute changes it is the rear profile that has witnessed profound changes. 

The rear panel redesign now features a series of continuous bar lights that runs along the breadth of the car. The rear Jeep logo has been changed as well and now it’s a part of the extensive brake light and illuminates upon pressing the brakes. Rather than a facile array of continuous lights the Jeep has exquisite LED light designs that accentuate the look of the vehicle. 

New Jeep Compass Interior 

The interior will have wood grain inserts on the dashboard along with a display panel in the middle of the dashboard. The car would have a rotary dial above the center console for choosing between the drive modes along with an e-parking brake . The upholstery has been given a change as well with leather and fabric inserts for added comfort.
