Hence The brand has updated the vehicle with a new moniker and an overall facelift meant for the vehicle. The New Carens Clavis has been launched with a slew of new updates, here are all the details about the facelift and the new  features. Clavis in Latin means a KEY- and surely enough the new car could be a key for KIA into a new dynamic of dominating sales. 

New Line Up 

The Clavis would be positioned above the Carens and would be sold alongside its predecessor. For users who seek a more optimum blend of new and advanced features and technologies. The Clavis would be the perfect option and has been upgraded with new Level 2 (ADAS), 360 degree  surround camera, Panoramic Sunroof, updated Dashboard and new Centre Console Layout along with Dual 10.25 – Inch screens.  KIA Carens, would further be equipped with ventilated seats , wireless phone charging, ambient lighting and other new features as well. 

The Carens and the Clavis have been designed to enable the Indian way of togetherness. Tech elegance and a sense of progression. As per KIA, the vehicle has been designed to Revolutionize the way the families move. As per the data showcased by KIA petrol variants stood for 58% of the total sales, 42% stood for diesel variants and 32% stood for automatic variants. The new Carens Clavis further diminishes the difference between a MPV and a SUV.  Its styling represents a new evolution in the styling of the family vehicles.

Along with with front ventilated seats, Bose premium sound system with 8 speakers, 64 color ambient lighting.

Forward collision avoidance assist, lane keep assist, Blind spot collision warning, adaptive cruise control, Safety comprehensive safety package 6 airbags ESP, rear occupant alert. The Headlamps that the car has been equipped with are Ice Cube MFR Headlamps.

KIA, has not revealed the pricing of the vehicle yet the booking for the vehicle would start at Midnight and interested buyers can choose to book the vehicle for a booking amount of Rs 25,000.
