Tata Altroz To Launch On This Date! New Features And Specs Revealed News24 –

Tata’s plan to gain an advantage over all other competitors in the hatchback segment seem evidently clear now, the brand has been planning to bring a new facelift for the Tata Altroz in the market that would possibly be launched on May 22. The vehicle seems to have reached a final testing stage before the launch and was recently spotted testing yet again. While the brand has not revealed specific details about the facelift and the launch yet, a new teaser uploaded by them has revealed the new interior changes as well as the features that the car has been updated with.

As per the new teaser, it has gotten pretty clear that the vehicle has  gone through a comprehensive redesign and the interior as well as the exterior of the car have been profoundly changed. Tata has introduced a new dual tone interior and a digital cluster that has been updated with google maps compatibility. Beyond that, the latest upgrade would have the advanced two spoke steering wheel that we have already seen on the Nexon.

Other than the new interior, the car also gets new safety features such as a 360 Degree camera and a single pane sunroof along with voice assist.

Exterior Redesign

While the basic layout of the car remains the same, it has gone through a front fascia redesign that would allow it to look way different than its predecessors. To give the car a sharper nose, the front bumper has been redesigned and to further improve the aerodynamic properties the vehicle has been equipped with flush door handles and a redesigned light bar at the rear.

Mechanically the car would possibly remain the same and would continue to powered by a 1.2 liter, three cylinder petrol engine that delivers a 86.7 Bhp and 115 Nm of peak torque or a 1.2liter three cylinder CNG engine that produces 86.7 bhp and 115 Nm in petrol Mode and offers 72 BHP while on CNG mode. Along with these two there’s a Diesel engine on offer too, a 89 BHP and 200NM peak torque producing 1.5 liter turbocharged diesel engine with five speed manual gearbox.
