Tata has been able to gain a formidable recognition in the EV sphere thanks to their affordable EV’s such as the Punch as well the Nexon. But this time around the brand is planning to bring in their new Harrier EV that would compete against the likes of new Hyundai Creta EV as well as Suzuki E Vitara. Tata had showcased the prowess of the vehicle in a dealers meet showcase where they drove the vehicle through a range of slopes and inclines. The vehicle would allegedly be powered by a 75 KWH battery that would offer a range of about 500Km.
Upon its launch, the car would go against the likes of Hyundai Creta Electric, and Maruti Suzuki E- Vitara. While the E Vitara has a rear wheel drive module in select trim levels the Hyundai Creta does not have any, all-wheel drive option. As per an older leak that was reported by Auto bhp the car would have a 75KWH battery pack and the AWD capabilities would be given to only the empowered trim variant. Beyond the other additions the car would also get a 12.3 inch free standing screen along with ADAS level 2 assisted safety level features.
