TVS Patents New Scooter! Leaks Reveal New Design And EV Possibility News24 –

TVS is all set to launch the all new TVS X a new electric scooter that would be an new and improved version of the existing i-Qube in the FY 26. The Upcoming vehicles are likely to be global offerings that would be exported out of the nation. In a recent update the new scooter has been patented in Indonesia  here is a look at the new scooter that might possibly launch in the Future. 

New TVS Electric Scooter Design 

The new leak, has revealed the look of the scooter, it would be fair to say that TVS is planning to go conventional with the design of this new scooter. Patent leak’s have revealed a simple design, the scooter has a conventional headlight with side mounted grab rails at the rear end of the scooter. The scooter has similar design as that of the i-Qube and the scooter gets Horizontal LED DRL and LED indicators.

The battery would possibly be placed below the seat and the tall windscreen on this scooter further helps it stand out. The Patent images also revealed that the scooter has a small glovebox and a charging port, the front wheel is visually larger than the rear. Going by the rear hub its apparent that the scooter would have a mid mounted motor that would drive the rear wheel with a belt drive. 

Since TVS has not revealed any details about the leaked patent images it is possible that the Scooter might be an ICE model after all. But the Belt drive at the rare end of the scooter persuades us to believe that the vehicle could possibly be an EV.
