Avinya EV and Sierra Launch to Be Followed by Four New SUVs News24 –


Witnessing its dwindling market share, Tata has now announced an aggressive product launch spree that would extend till 2030. The New Update comes after Hyundai recently announced a series of new launches as well. This new launch spree would include 30 new product updates by 2030, along with facelifts for the existing models as well as seven all-new name plates that would soon be launched. By the end of the decade Tata is planning to launch 15 new monikers and expand their line up from the current 8 models. 

Beyond that, a report from Autocar has revealed that Tata has vouched to invest close to Rs 33,000 – 35,000 crore between the financial year 2026 and 2030. As per the manufacturer the company would be focused on investing and expanding the product portfolio with new innovations such as Software -Defined Vehicles and next generation Powertrains. 

The 7 New Upcoming Launches! 

Out of the promised 30 new monikers, 23 would be cosmetic refreshes to the existing models these would include the next generation Nexon, a facelift for the Ice-Powered Punch and a petrol engine for the Harrier and the Safari. 

The 7 new nameplates that would be launched by 2030 would include an all new Sierra an ice version as well as a EV version. Following that the next launch would be the Avinya and the Avinya X Concept. Beyond that, the brand has pledged that they would be launching two new EVs  and Two New Ice Models as well.  Auto car has reported that all of these vehicles would be SUV’s. 

Tata Motors is targeting a 16% market share by F7 2027, The company plans to gain a leadership position with electric vehicles projected to constitute close to 20% of its total passenger vehicle volumes by the end of FY2027, and ensure further rise by FY2030.
