Land Rover has recently unveiled the Defender 110 Trophy Edition, the launch of the new variant coincides with the initiation of the new Global Defender Trophy Competition. The competition invites individuals to take part in a series of adventure challenges globally. The New Trophy edition has been aimed at enthusiasts who value off-road capability and classic Defender Styling. 

The New Trophy edition has been based on the Defender 110 platform and features a bunch of new tweaks for the off-roading enthusiasts. The vehicle would be available in two specialized paint options , Deep Sandglow Yellow and Keswick Green. The color scheme pays homage to the earlier Defender models that were used for expeditions in remote areas in the olden days. 

The car would stand out with its dual tone exterior which would include a bunch of trophy specific quirks such as a trophy specific decal on the bonnet , C-pillars and rear panels. These features would help the car stand out amongst the others. 

Defender 110 Trophy Edition: Specifications and Upgrades 

The New Trophy Edition would be equipped with 20 inch Gloss Black Wheels fitted with all terrain tyres specifically designed to give the vehicle a formidable off-roading performance on all surface conditions. Other enhancements  that include a dark scuff plate, black front under shield and other features that enhance the SUV’S off road capabilities. 

The Defender has been further equipped with a bunch of expedition related accessories  that include added storage, a black roof ladder, and a side mounted carrier for used tires. Customers would further have the option of equipping their vehicle with a raised air intake as well as a dust filtration system,  with rear classic mud flaps and  better protection for changing terrains. 

Defender 110 Interior and Comfort Features

The interior maintains the SUV’s utilitarian appeal with subtle design enhancements. The car would have Ebony Windsor leather upholstery and illuminated tread plates. Beyond that, the car would have an exposed cross bar beam, painted to match the exterior paint job of the car.

The drivetrain and the mechanical setup along with the suspension would remain the same as before. The new edition offers a balanced amalgam of long distance touring with classic off road styling.
