VLF Mobster Scooter Launch Likely For India! New 125cc-180cc Scooters Performance Specs Revealed News24 –
In a pursuit to capture a stake in the world’s most coveted motorcycle and scooter market, VLF is pondering to launch a new scooter. Previously, it had launched the VLF tennis electric scooter in the Indian market, and the current variant would be an update product.
Velocifero, an Italian brand, is poised to expand its portfolio. The brand has partnered with KAW Veloce Motors (KVM) for local assembly at their factory in India. The brand has recently revealed that it will be launching the VLF Mobster in India.
The scooter has an unorthodox design that gives it a futuristic appeal, and the headlight has been placed on the front apron. The handlebar is exposed just like that of a motorcycle. The scooter has a single-piece stepped seat, split rear grab rail, and a sporty floorboard as well.
Since the scooter would have to compete with superior competitors such as the TVS Iqube, Honda Activa E, and other EVs, it would be well-equipped. The equipment list would include disc brake setup, telescopic front forks and rear dual shock absorbers, and stylish 12-inch alloy wheels wrapped with 120-section tyres at the front, and 130-section tyres at the rear.
Features/Performance Specs
As per the features, the scooter would be equipped with a 5-inch fully digital colour TFT display capable of mobile phone mirroring. Beyond that, the scooter would be equipped with advanced creature comforts such as a USB charging port, dual-channel ABS, and a live dashcam as well.
Motohaus has confirmed that the scooter could be launched either with a 125cc engine or a 180cc engine, both of which would be liquid-cooled engines. The 125CC unit would be capable of delivering 12-BHP and 11.7Nm of peak torque, while the 180CC engine would churn out 18-BHP and 15.7 Nm of peak torque.
