Pi Coin: Pi Network’s Open Mainnet was launched officially on Thursday, February 20 and this enabled users to transfer their Pi Coin outside the network for the first time. With the launch, this crypto coin is now available on prominent cryptocurrency exchanges like OKX, Bitget, and CoinDCX. Furthermore, this marks the beginning of genuine trading, value, and investment opportunities.
This marked a vital moment for people who started mining Pi years ago. Moreover, individuals can buy, sell, and trade this crypto coin like other cryptocurrencies now. Its price is subject to market volatility, but Pi is now a major cryptocurrency.
Will Pi Coin Reach $500?
Pi Coin’s price has doubled in recent weeks, reaching close to $100. Analysts predict that it might break through this level and rise to $120-$150 or more if it gets enough trading volume. A successful break through $100 could lead to a big rally, especially with more people using it and exchanges listing it. Analysts expect trading to increase in early 2025, which might cause price swings between $80-$120.
There’s speculation that if more people start using Pi Coin by mid-year, its price could reach $150-$200. If the market keeps growing and PiCoin becomes more useful, it could even go above $300 by the end of the year. Looking ahead to 2030, if Pi Coin becomes a widely used digital currency with real-world uses, its price could exceed $500. However, this depends on the network’s ability to keep developing, get more people to use it, and navigate regulations effectively.
