Got Pending Traffic Challans? Collect Tokens From Today To Settle! Here’s How To Book An Appointment News24 –


Delhi State Legal Services Authority in coordination With Delhi Traffic Police Is organising National Lok Adalat on May 10. It will be held for settlement of compoundable traffic challans, including on spot challans and notices of all types of vehicles pending on Delhi Traffic Police Portal till January 31, 2025. The court complexes where the Lok Adalat will be held are: Dwarka, Karkardooma, Patiala House, Rohini, Rouse Avenue, Saket and Tis Hazari. People can avail this opportunity to get cleared pending challans/notices. The timings for the same are: From 10 am To 4 pm.

Delhi Traffic Police shared details about the National Lok Adalat on its X handle. It wrote, “National Lok Adalat for settling pending Compoundable Traffic Challans/Notices to be held on 10th May, 2025 (Saturday) at all Court Complexes, Delhi from 10 am to 4 pm. Avail this opportunity to get cleared pending challans/notices.”

In this Lok Adalat, only Compoundable Traffic Notice/Challans till January 31, 2025 available on the Delhi Traffic Police Portal except Non Compoundable, Cognizance declined notices, paid notices, disposed off notices and transferred to regular/evening/digital Courts notices will be taken up.

Only 1000 challans/notices shall be taken up for disposal by each Bench in all 180 Lok Adalat Benches.

People are advised to download all the notices/challans from the official website of Delhi Traffic Police. Moreover, it is mandatory to carry a print out of the notices/challans as no such facility will be provided at the court complexes.

Here’s How to Book An Appointment

The link to download and take print out of the notices/challans will be activated from May 5, at 10:00 am.

Log In: Log in to the Delhi Traffic Police Website: https://traffic.delhipolice.gov.in/notice/lokadalat

Enter Vehicle Details:  Enter your vehicle number and the displayed captcha code.

Click on the ‘Search‘ button to receive pending challans and notices.

Mobile Number Registration: Make sure that your mobile number is registered with your vehicle at the Transport Office. This is required for OTP Verification.

Select Appointment Details: After successful OTP Verification, select the date, court complex and time slot to proceed.

Click on the undertaking and ‘submit’, followed by the ‘print’ option.
