A golden opportunity to own a home in Delhi awaits you tomorrow! Through the DDA’s new housing scheme, you can book HIG, MIG, LIG, and EHS flats at various locations. Unlike previous schemes, this one includes parking facilities with many flats.

Benefits Of The Scheme

Starting August 26, the new DDA housing scheme allows online-only bookings for approximately 311 flats to be e-auctioned. Once launched, this scheme will replace the ongoing DDA Apna Ghar Housing Scheme, which offered 7,500 flats for booking in Delhi.

Flat Locations And Price

Under the DDA Premium Housing Scheme, there will be 311 flats available in areas like Vasant Kunj, Jasola, Dwarka, Rohini, Shalimar Bagh, Mahipalpur, Jahangir Puri, Pitam Pura, Ashok Nagar, and other parts of Delhi.

Flats will be offered for all income groups. This includes EWS (Economically Weaker Section) flats, as well as LIG (Low Income Group), MIG (Middle Income Group), and HIG (High Income Group) flats.

LIG flats will cost between Rs 39 lakh and Rs 54 lakh
MIG flats will cost between Rs 60 lakh and Rs 1.5 crore
HIG flats will cost between Rs 1.64 crore and Rs 2.54 crore

Additionally, car garages in Pitam Pura and scooter garages in Mall Road and Ashok Vihar will also be available for e-auction.

How To Book Flats Online?

To book flats, go to the DDA website and register first. For this, you will have to pay a nominal fee. Follow the steps below and book your flat easily.

Open DDA website
Enter your name, email ID and mobile number
Enter PAN number, date of birth, gender and Aadhaar number
Now click on Request for OTP
Enter the OTP and pay the registration fee of Rs 2500
Keep in mind that this fee will not be refunded or adjusted
Your PAN number will be your user ID

Do’s And Don’ts

Your PAN number will be the user ID, so fill it correctly
Make sure that the email ID, mobile number are valid and working
Once the email ID, PAN number and mobile number are fed, it can’t be changed
Future communications will be through this email ID and mobile number
Your registration will be activated in 15 minutes

How Will The Flat Be Booked In E-Auction

Go to the portal and login with your ID
Choose the flat which you want to buy in the e-auction
You must maintain the required EMD(Earnest Money Deposit) amount in your bank account for booking.

Can You Book Multiple Flats With A Single Login?

No, paying ₹2,500 to create a login won’t allow you to book multiple flats. For each flat, you must pay a separate processing fee and EMD amount.

Once you’ve booked a flat, you’ll need to participate in the e-auction online when it begins, placing bids for the flat on your behalf. If your bid wins, a demand letter will be issued promptly.
