Noida International Airport Update: The Noida International Airport, also known as Jewar airport, which aims to commence operations by November this year, has made progress on another important front. In this regard, the airport has taken a step forward in smart infrastructure, with the implementation of intelligent lighting system. Panitek Smart Energy’s intelligent lighting system has been installed in the airport premises. This system provides on-demand lighting, which will be helpful in reducing the electricity consumption. This smart lighting system installed at the airport will be made more high-tech in the coming days.
The high-tech system includes smart controllers, photosensing and dynamic dimming technology. The lights can be controlled automatically as per the requirement. This means that there will be light only when and where it is required. This prevents wastage of energy and makes the operation more efficient.
Noida International Airport official, Nicolas Schenk, stated that the aim is to provide as much lighting as needed, when needed. This smart lighting system gives real-time control to our operations team, reduces energy consumption and provides a seamless experience to passengers.
