The Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) is set to auction about 180 residential and commercial plots lying vacant in its various schemes on Thursday, September 11. To participate in this auction process, the buyer will have to submit the application form to the GDA office by September 8.

More Than 180 Properties To Be Auctioned!

The GDA is preparing to auction the vacant properties in its residential and commercial schemes in the city. According to GDA Additional Secretary, Pradeep Kumar Singh, interested property buyers can participate in this auction process by filling out the application form and submitting it to the GDA office by Monday, September 8.

The auction process will be held on September 11 at Hindi Bhawan in Lohia Nagar, Ghaziabad. In this, buyers can buy their favourite properties by bidding. More than 180 properties lying vacant in the city will be included in the GDA auction. Apart from this, in this auction, among other properties of the city, 10 kiosks of RDC are also likely to be given on a 10-year lease.

According to the GDA official, more than 35 residential plots, 97 commercial plots and plots for 10 schools and hospitals of various schemes lying vacant in the city are set to be auctioned. Properties adjoining Noida and Delhi will be focused on this auction. It has been told that properties of GDA’s Vaishali, Koyal Enclave, Karpuripuram, Indirapuram, Indraprastha Yojna and Patel Nagar have been included. To participate in the auction, forms can be purchased from the bank until September 8.
