Zoya Akhtar recently broke the internet after she was seen with Hollywood actors Andrew Garfield and Jacob Elfordi at an international event. She attended the Marrakech International Film Festival in Morocco as a jury. The filmmaker was seen posing with international celebrities on the red carpet.
She looked stunning in a printed black outfit. Meanwhile, Jacob looked dapper in a black suit paired with a white shirt. Andrew made a fashion statement with an olive green blazer, paired with black trousers.

On the work front, she is currently working on the docu-series ‘In Transit’, which will focus on the stories of transgender in India.
She also produced the docu-series ‘Angry Young Men’, which narrates the story of the hit writers duo Salim-Javed. While speaking to The Indian Express, she revealed why Salim Khan and Javed Akhtar did not interview together in the docu-series. She said, “I believe it was a directorial choice. As Namrata began filming them separately, a natural pattern emerged, reflecting their individual journeys and personal lives. That single meeting at the end provided perfect closure. I agreed with her vision, but it’s a question best directed to her.”
The documentary is also produced by Farhan Akhtar’s Excel Entertainment and Salman Khan Films.
