After Adolescence, Netflix Brings Another Teenager’ Story With This K-drama


Weak Hero Class 2 Release Date: Netflix has created several thought provoking shows based on teenagers, their life, problems faced by them and consequences faced due to several societal issues. One of the recent shows on such topic is ‘Adolescence’ and it has received a good response worldwide. Netflix is back with another series ‘Weak Hero Class 2’, which will focus on bullying, friendship and strength to standing up for yourself.

Weak Hero Class 2 is a K-Drama, which will focus on Si-eun, who joins Eunjang High School but still carries the weight of his past. There, he meets new friends like Park Hu-min, Seo Jun-tae, and Go Hyun-tak and foes like Choi Hyo-man, Na Baek-jin, and Geum Seong-je.

Weak Hero Class 2 Release Date:

Weak Hero Class 2 will release on Netflix on April 25, 2025.

Sharing the teaser, Netflix wrote in the description, “After losing his friend to violence, model student Yeon Si-eun vows not to repeat history at his new school in a tale of dazzling growth and desperate survival.”

Meanwhile, the first part ‘Weak Hero Class 1’ starred Park Ji-hoon, Choi Hyun-wook, and Hong Kyung. It is based on the Naver webtoon Weak Hero and is now streaming on Netflix.

Talking about Adolescence, the series focuses on a family, whose life takes a drastic turn after their 13-year-old Jamie Miller is arrested for the murder of a teenage girl. Owen Cooper played the role of Jamie Miller, who is accused of murdering a teenager. The show’s co-creator Stephen Graham is seen as Jamie’s father, Ashley Walters as Detective Inspector Luke Bascombe and Erin Doherty as the clinical psychologist.

According to reports, Adolescence has gained over 96.7 million viewers within three weeks and has left behind Stranger Things Season 3 and Bridgerton Season 2.
