The big news is finally here! Rajinikanth’s much-anticipated film Coolie has been officially got a release date. The film is set to hit the big screens on 14 August 2025. Fans are finally relieved with getting the release date.

Coolie Release Date Announced

The Sun pictures production house ttok their official account of X (formerly twitter) to announce the film’s release date. They wrote: “Sound-ah yethu! Deva Varraaru. #Coolie worldwide from August 14th”. Director Lokesh Kanagaraj also confirmed the news, posting, “#COOLIE FROM 14 AUGUST 2025” along with a fire emoji.

Coincidentally, Coolie’s release date is on the same day as Yash Raj Films’ War 2 is going to release. The announcement for War 2 was made recently, confirming its worldwide release on 14 August 2025.
