Supermodel Gigi Hadid has officially confirmed her relationship with actor Bradley Cooper through an Instagram post celebrating her 30th birthday. After months of speculation and paparazzi photos, Hadid shared photos of her birthday celebration May 4, including one showing her kissing Cooper behind her chocolate birthday cake.

In her heartfelt caption, Hadid wrote,”I feel so lucky to be 30! I feel so lucky for every high and low- for all the lessons and gifts both have brought me. To get to feel it all!
