Suniel Shetty, who played Shyam in the two films, revealed the details of the film, as he gave the big update about the release of the teaser of Hera Pheri 3. The announcement of the film Hera Pheri 3 has generated a wave among the audience, as people are eagerly waiting for the third instalment in the Hera Pheri franchise.

During an interview with Amar Ujala for his film Kesari Veer, Suniel Shetty shared the details of the film Hera Pheri 3. The actor stated that the film is in the making as the shoot has begun. He further shared that the teaser of the film is wrapped up and will be released before the IPL 2025. He expressed his excitement for the film, saying, “Excited hain kyunki same team hai. Masti bhara rehta hai.” He also talked about working with Akshay Kumar and Paresh Rawal again. He said, “Jab hum teen saath mein hote hain to aas paas waalon ki haalat bahut kharab hoti hai.”

The film was directed by Priyadarshan. After the blockbuster hit, the sequel to the film, Phir Hera Pheri, was released in 2006, which was directed by Neeraj Vora.
