Gunshots Reported At Music Director Pinky Dhaliwal’s Mohali Home; Police Launch Investigation News24 –


Punjabi music producer Pushpinder Dhaliwal’s house was shot at late Thursday night by two unidentified attackers on a motorcycle.

Two unknown people on a motorcycle fired gunshots at the house of Punjabi music producer Pushpinder Dhaliwal, also called Pinky Dhaliwal, in Sector 71 around 10:30 pm on Thursday.

The police said the attackers fired six to seven bullets at Dhaliwal’s house in a quiet neighborhood and then escaped on their bike.

Dhaliwal was at home when the shooting happened, but he was not hurt.

Mohali senior police officer Harmandeep Singh Hans, along with CIA staff and deputy police officer Prithvi Singh Chahal, quickly came to the place.

Bullets Hit House, Police Investigate

Police confirmed that bullets hit the gate and outer walls of Dhaliwal’s house. A case was registered at the Mataur police station under the right sections of the law.

The senior police officer said they are checking CCTV cameras from Dhaliwal’s house and nearby areas to find the attackers.

Dhaliwal was recently in the news after Punjabi singer Sunanda Sharma, 33, accused him of illegal and harmful behavior. She said this caused her financial loss, mental pain, and damage to her reputation.

The music producer was arrested in March because of Sharma’s complaint. But he was released after the Punjab and Haryana high court said his arrest was illegal.
