Aishwarya Rai Channels Desi Looks As She Flaunts Sindoor At Red Carpet
Cannes Film Festival is incomplete without Aishwarya Rai’s majestic presence as the star makes an epic appearance at the event every year. This time, she went traditional with her look and wore a stunning white saree. The actress posed for the cameras as she flaunted her look but her sindoor definitely caught the attention of many.
Aishwarya exuded regal vibes in her ivory Banarasi saree designed by Manish Malhotra. Meanwhile, she completed her look with heirloom ruby tiered necklaces and rings.

Her sindoor caught attention because she was earlier caught up in divorce rumours. However, she has silently put these baseless rumours to rest with her royal appearance at Cannes 2025.
Aishwarya has been a regular at Cannes Film Festival since 2002 and attends the festival as the global brand ambassador of Loreal Paris. She made her debut at Cannes in 2002 for the premiere of Devdas.
Apart from Aishwarya, many Indian celebrities have attended Cannes this year. Earlier, Janhvi Kapoor, Ishaan Khatter, Vishal Jethwa, Karan Johar and Neeraj Gheywan attended the screening of their film ‘Homebound’. The movie gained a standing ovation at the screening and the team became emotional.
